Following the international standards, codes and building specifications, CSI and Saudi Building Code, in addition to set the conditions of contract based on international (FIDIC) regulations, Arch. Centre has a wide experience in cost estimating and in entire knowledge of updating the prices as per local and global markets. b- Value Engineering : ARCH. CENTRE acts the value engineering studies in its concept and application on most of the design, aiming to introduce a balance between the functional efficiency and improve of performance and construction in the aspects of quality compared to cost, this shall be achieved through a work team who cooperate with a long qualified experienced work team in this field, whom are approved by (Save international) CVS – life. c- Building Information Management (BIM) Modeling : ARCH. CENTRE shall develop the work plans and programs continuously, this shall depend on using the latest techniques and international programs in the design and project management. One of these application is applying smart system programs that helps in the resolution of the problem of coordination and collaboration between the different engineering disciplines parties and present the design to the client properly and in clear form in regard of cost, time and quality to facilitate and expedite the design and construction operation and prepare definition of costs and date of project handover. This will enhance in raising the level of performance & quality of work.
