Al Jawhara Mall (The Village)

Al Jawhara Mall project is one of the new and prominent modern projects in the city of Jeddah, where the project aims to establish a comprehensive commercial center with a variety of uses, taking into account the requirements of modern life and the privacy of the Saudi community in addition to the integrated investment benefit from the project.

This project can be seen as an interactive relationship between the role of the main designer of the project Romooz for Engineering Consultancy and between us Arch.Centre Consulting Architects & Engineers represented by the project management and the main instructor for design parameters in order to achieve the optimal design solution and the supervision consultant for implementation works. This integration resulted in a well-balanced building, where the large impressive mass of this complex was emphasized by mass sculpting the project, which gave a distinction in external formation, a spaciousness in its internal space, a gradual openness from the center to edges, and the ease of movement between its various functions.
