Out-of-The-Ordinary Tower Building

The “Office Tower - 45 floors” tower project was designed to be one of the landmarks of the city of Riyadh and its most prominent skyscrapers, as its design philosophy was linked to the nature and environment of the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Najd), and the design idea was inspired from the traditional approach to the post-modern approach, and the simulation of architecture. Salmaniya by using traditional local architectural elements and transforming them into contemporary and attractive elements in a harmonious and balanced manner. The philosophy is characterized by originality, continuity and innovation, and this was achieved by creating spaces and sculptural formations that highlight the hanging gardens within the project’s blocks in an attractive and inspiring way, which created an interesting office, commercial and residential environment that is consistent with the project’s design and increases its aesthetics and effectiveness.
The project is located on King Fahd Road, at a height of more than 200 meters, and contains residential apartments, luxurious office spaces, and distinctive and attractive commercial spaces for the project’s pioneers.
