The university campus includes two areas for the housing of Boys and Girls Students located in the eastern part of the Master Plan, connected to main pedestrian axes with the two academic areas for Boys and Girls Students. The architectural planning and design of the two areas is following the comprehensive Master Plan requirements and standards. This yielded to the privacy, inter collation, and unity of the elements and components with the equilibrium and expression. The traffic design was distinguished by providing paths to pedestrians tying the general and special architectural spaces with each other in addition to external traffic movements with the provision of girls students drop-down areas and private car parking, especially in the housing areas. In each area, a central yard is provided the area where green areas, covered sitting areas, water display items, and picnic & entertainment passages were spread in a way that helps in enhancing the social relations between the students. The girls students dormitories have a pedestrian bridge that is connected with the academic area of girls students passing over the ring road and providing entire privacy to the girls students. The students dormitories areas can occupy around 8000 Boys and Girls students thru single or triple rooms conforming with approved standards, each area contains a set of residential complexes(6 for Boys, 5 for Girls), and each complex is comprised of several typical repetitive units(6 units), each unit is comprised of 4 flats connected with rest of units by a common passage. At the center of each residential complex, there is a unit of main services including some support activities such as a Library, Cafeteria, Laundry, and Activity Hall. An external Volleyball and Tennis playground were distributed all over the areas.
