The general architectural character of the valley takes into account the uniformity of the design unit and the appropriate general character. provided that this does not prejudice the required diversity related to the job and the intellectual orientation of the designer, This project presents a vibrant, attractive and applicable model for the industries that depend on the circulation of knowledge. such as world class research and development centers of technologies interested in the fields of biotechnology, chemicals, materials, informatics and communication.
All gates of this project are designed with the highest design standards and a very sophisticated control system. as all the gates have a sensor and identification system for people. The design ideas of the roundabouts were inspired by the names of Muslim scholars and were abstracted and designed architecturally. Smart people mover of walkways covered with top shading to generate energy of breaking straight of sunlight and drawing a natural amazing effects shades. also smart system such as lighting solar cells, smart screen, solid management and connecting between spaces for various spaces and modern technology.
