Dariya having a historical heritage, it was the birth place of the Saudi Kingdom and states. So, it has the bigger chances in the historical cities development projects. The historical Dariya with its old quarters is taken as a source and axis of the cultural and civilizational development to highlight its cultural and civilization role. This is the reason why this project is dealt as an important one since its sight is forming the south gate of the city yielding to the complementary and tributary to all efforts.
